About the Role:
Porter is seeking an energetic and motivated Field Sales Associate to help drive demand for our logistics services and manage a network of diverse partners, from two-wheelers to trucks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Daily field visits to acquire new partners (traders / drivers).
- Onboard new partners in the company’s Apps.
- Daily follow-up to generate new orders.
- Ensure daily fulfillment target.
- Build strong relationships with partners (traders / drivers).
- Actively track all KPIs to improve gradually.
- Highlight market trends to the management.
