∎ Working Hour: 09:30 - 06:30 (9 Hours) Daily

∎ We are searching some Field Research Officer/Senior Field Research Officer.

∎ A field interviewer is responsible for the collection of survey information directly from Retailer.
∎ All work completed to a high standard, following best practice standards limited editing/ querying of recorded data required.

∎ The interview is the basic tool by which we are able to provide.
∎ Has a proven commitment to quality.
∎ Has a positive attitude and is flexible when dealing with competing priorities. The candidates must have good presentation skill along with clean writings.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data collection from retail outlets/ Individual House Builders/ House Hold via Face to Face Interview
∎ Collection of market information/ Insights
∎ Build relationship with retailers for cooperation
∎ Submitting daily work plan prior to start of field work and complying with the plan
∎ Completion of field work within deadline
∎ Ensuring quality field work
∎ Reporting to supervisors/team leaders on a daily basis
∎ Submission of accurate bills within deadline
∎ Travelling across regions/divisions as assigned by supervisors
∎ Performing any other relevant task assigned by supervisors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresher will also be eligible for the post but It is better if you have work experience in Market Research / Retail Panel / FMCS Sector.
∎ Other Relevant Requirements: Candidate need to have a smartphone
∎ Candidate need to have basic knowledge in using computer (e.g. sending emails) Candidate should be hardworking and has to have the mindset to travel frequently for work.
∎ Capable to handle any problematic situation.
