Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree required in Agriculture, Development studies, Public health.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular field visit for the monitor progress and support partners
∎ Track progress and identify area of improvement in the regular implementation
∎ Ensure an enabling environment that allows regional staff of CARE and partners to implement and monitor activities regularly.
∎ Review and finalize monthly report from partners and support to the M&E coordinator for finalizing project monthly, quarterly and annual report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years professional experience in managerial position, preferable in the nutrition/ food security projects.
∎ Demonstrated strength in writing report and developing knowledge and communications products.
∎ Interpersonal skill and team player.
∎ Demonstrated understanding of gender and women's empowerment.
∎ Analytical and reporting skill.
∎ Experience of program design and development desirable.
∎ Working with private sector and market engagement is an added advantage.
