Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing development issue-based meeting, conference, mass gathering, rally etc. and confirmed participation of target groups.
∎ Regular group field visit and arrange meeting with client/customers.
∎ Assist the Program Manager to propose and implement plans to reach key populations and adjacent communities
∎ To communicate with Head Office and others field based stakeholder office regularly.
∎ To prepare monthly report and all required documents in prescribed form and submit to Project manager.
∎ To participate monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly/half annual/annual meeting as per need of Head Office.
∎ Prepare and maintain all relevant documents and keep updated
∎ Assist in collecting data as per requirement of the and reporting regularly to Project manager.
∎ Perform others activities with guideline of Project manager.
