Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the operational plan for the village organizations (VO).
∎ Facilitate to conduct the weekly meeting of VO.
∎ Provide professional inputs as required to the leaders of VOs.
∎ Ensure to provide business support to the VO members.
∎ Ensure to collect saving and installment of investment.
∎ Establish networks with different strategic stakeholders including local NGOs and CBOs.
∎ Prepare Training Plan and conduct Life Skill training.
∎ Set targets and drives for achieving results ensuring its quality.
∎ Act as a team player while ensuring team cohesion and shooting troubles among the team and beyond.
∎ Perform any other activities as delegated by the PM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
