Education:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline. B.Ed. /M.Ed. will be preferred. Experienced candidates in the relevant field can apply even if they have passed graduation.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience in education programs and Training facilitation in NGO/INGO or other Development Organizations.
∎ §  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervising teachers of non-formal education.§  Conduct teachers' training in collaboration with donors and local administration.§  Proper knowledge of education programs.§  Knowledge of lesson plans & class monitoring capacity.§  Knowledge of proper program record kipping skills.  §  Basic computer skills in MS Office.§  Host & Camp level working experience will be highly preferred.§  Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (BPRM) project supported by Save the Children. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
∎ §  Supervise teachers and assist with the daily operation of the project.§  Assist with the scheduling of teachers and outreach events.§  Maintain a strong external presence within the community while promoting programs and services.§  Participation in meetings, workshops, training, etc.§  Support to MEAL Officer and Technical Officer in organizing meetings and training.§  Highly preferred for the local language of the candidate.§  Home visit of absentee learners.§  Communication with the project team, local government, and other stakeholders.§  Organize logistics for field activities.§  Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 34,000 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
