∎ At least 2 years’ experience in same position in Development Organizations-NGOs
∎ Basic Computer skills especially MS Word, Excel with Bangla and English Typing
∎ Experience in working with worker and trade union will be given preference
∎ Ability to work with team and independently
∎ Ability to work under-pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and ‘multi-task’
∎ At least 2 years’ experience in same position in Development Organizations-NGOs

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organizing development issue-based meeting, conference, mass gathering, rally etc. and participation of target groups
∎ Regular group visit and arrange meeting with community group & CDMC members
∎ Assist in ensuring participation of beneficiary communities in the program implementation and their commitment for future maintenance
∎ Assist the community to select their problems and to implement action plans
∎ Validate the relevance of the interventions, the selection of beneficiaries, and identification of committed players and technical assistance
∎ Assist the National Program Manager to propose and implement plans to reach key populations and adjacent communities
∎ To communicate with Head Office and others field based stakeholder office regularly.
∎ To prepare monthly report and all required documents in prescribed form and send it to Head Office
∎ To participate monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly/half annual/annual meeting as per need of Head Office
∎ Prepare and maintain all relevant documents and keep updated
∎ Assist in collecting data as per requirement of the monitoring officer and reporting regularly
∎ Perform all activities in guidance with the authority
