Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out random verification and cross check enrolment of new participants (using the sample list which is drawn using systematic procedure from BTS) to verify set registration procedure are followed as well as cross check exclusion cases.
∎ Visit homesteads of sample participants to check on consumption/ utilization of distributed food items.
∎ Attend in the food distribution and Monitor that Food Distribution Point (FDP) are properly organized for food distribution as per the guideline.
∎ Verify that necessary registration and commodity management documentation are available in the community.
∎ Check with the community and verify that Supplementary Food Distribution Committee (SFDC) are formed as per procedure.
∎ Randomly attend in the pre distribution meeting and confirm that beneficiary's addition and deletion are done properly and list is updated accordingly.
∎ Collect onsite, end-use, addition/deletion monitoring data using tab/handheld device that are designed in a web based e-M&E system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience on food and other program activities monitoring.
∎ Experience to work with the community in the remote areas of Bangladesh.
∎ Honest, sincere and hardworking.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Able to drive Motor Cycle (MC) and have valid MC license.
∎ Having 2/3 years of working experience on food distribution and record keeping.
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Having Monitoring Report writing skill and reporting of critical situation with recommendation.
∎ Ensure and Promote GEDI and be GEDI sensitive, creating an enabling environment where diversity can flourish and all staff and stakeholders experience inclusion and appreciation.
∎ Computer skills - Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Access.
