Job Context:
∎ 3 months probation period.
∎ Working days: Saturday - Thursday (Friday off)
∎ Working hours: 10 am - 8 pm
∎ Job Location: House # 30( Level-3), Road # 3/D, Sector # 9, Uttara, Dhaka-1230.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a target-field oriented position, have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ Physically meet potential clients for enrollment.
∎ Maintain statistics and indicators in order to monitor performance, risk assessment, workload management and communicate to relevant parties.
∎ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales leads, and revenue forecasts.
∎ Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of report as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proactive, smart, self-motivated.
∎ Work experience as a Retail Sales representative/ sales Associate or similar role.
∎ Must have aggressive selling attitude.
∎ Should have skills in business communication.
∎ Should have good presentation skills.
∎ Must be prepared to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 28000 (Monthly)
