Responsibilities & Context:
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and collection schedules.
Contact customers via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms for payment reminders.
Maintain accurate records of collections, customer interactions, and payment status.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly collection reports.
Conduct telemarketing calls to potential customers and introduce company products.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
Assist management in achieving collection and business development targets.
Maintain customer databases and update CRM records when required.
