Exploration of new sales opportunities and market potential for land & apartment projects.
Meeting the expectation to be target oriented relevant to plot & apartment sales and ensuring reaching to the sales target.
Creating relationship with new customer to meet the sales target.
Maintaining healthy relationship with existing client for repeat sales.
Follow up the given lead of the customers & bring results.
Response to client`s queries in a professional manner.
Building up negotiation skills on contracts and pricing terms to close sales deals.
