Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Exploration of new sales opportunities and market potential for land & apartment projects.
∎ Meeting the expectation to be target oriented relevant to plot & apartment sales and ensuring reaching to the sales target.
∎ Creating relationship with new customer to meet the sales target.
∎ Maintaining healthy relationship with existing client for repeat sales.
∎ Follow up the given lead of the customers & bring results.
∎ Response to client's queries in a professional manner.
∎ Building up negotiation skills on contracts and pricing terms to close sales deals.
