∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field Managers are responsible to hire, provide training, and motivate Medical Representatives.
∎ Assigning territories, schedules, and appropriate supplies and products to team members.
∎ Travel assigned area to introduce Medical Representatives with doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
∎ Generate reports that highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each Medical Representative.
∎ Help employees to improve and tracking employee progress.
∎ Maintain all field rules and responsibilities and ensuring Medical Representatives adhere to the rules and give support to the employees under their supervision.
∎ Desired and committed to achieve sales target and collection
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience
∎ Ability to work as a team member.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Visit at different parts of Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skill.
