  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

  • Valid motorcycle driving license will be an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:

Product Promotion and Sales:

  • Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), such as doctors, pharmacists and hospitals.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve target in assigned territories.

  • Effectively communicate the benefits, usage and advantages of products, backed by scientific data.

  • Monitoring to the Medical Representative.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including regular follow-ups.

  • Address customer queries and provide accurate, evidence-based medical information.

Territory Management:

  • Plan and execute daily weekly, and monthly sales activities to maximize territory coverage.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the assigned area, including key customers,

  • Analysis competitors and market trends. Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts to drive sales growth.
