Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate to organize training sessions, workshop and seminar for farmers to make community aware about importance of shrimp farming.
∎ Implement project activities at the contract farming cluster and field level in accordance to approved work plan and budget.
∎ Coordinate with cluster organizers and other key stakeholders in planning and implementing field level activities in a coordinated way to ensure adequate program synergies and to leverage resources.
∎ Coordinate with local government line agencies, local NGOs and other relevant networks for greater learning and cross-fertilization of new ideas, lessons learned and establish good practices.
∎ Formulating evaluative resources to guide on-field activities.
∎ Collecting shrimp samples, where possible, for subsequent inspection.
∎ Revising and creating appropriate implementations that cover shortfalls in production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 years relevant experience in managerial position.
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
