Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system, develop indicators and a monitoring strategy for the project.
∎ Assist the project personnel/ Field Assistants with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use.
∎ Suggest strategies to the Project Management/Business Director for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project.
∎ Work closely with Program Manager, Cluster Organizers and Field Assistants to build capacity and conduct the major facilitation sessions for shrimp value chain.
∎ Provide support for developing materials for the training sessions. Coordinating the advocacy meetings and also provide support in baseline, midline and end line evaluations to be conducted by third party.
∎ Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the Project Manager.
∎ Participate in annual project reviews and plan workshops and assist the Program Manager in preparing relevant reports.
∎ Assist in coordinating across the available components of the Project to ensure effective implementation of M&E.

∎ Candidate with shrimp cluster management experiences will get preference.
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
