Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum 1 year of working experience as Field Staff in the Tuberculosis Control Program.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning:
∎ a. Participate in annual planning, prepare monthly action plan and follow.
∎ b. Plan and prepare quarterly indent for anti TB drugs and logistics.
∎ Implementation:
∎ a. Responsible for implementation of TB control activities in assigned area in coordination with Govt. related stakeholders.
∎ b. Support increased case notification and treatment of TB patients.
∎ c. Provide DOT in line with treatment category as determined by the physicianin line with national guidelines.
∎ d. Organize different awareness activities of TB control program.
∎ e. Conduct 8 outreach smearing centers in the catchment, in every month.
∎ f. Refer regularly, presumptive cases to designated facilities for further diagnosis and management.
∎ g. Ensure regular drugs and diagnostic supplies to Volunteers/DOT providers.
∎ h. Ensure DO Through follow-up every patient and the DOT provider, once in a fortnight.
∎ i. Maintain contract tracing register for active case findings and refer presumptive cases to diagnostic facility.
∎ j. Ensure appropriate storage of drugs and logistics to maintain optimum quqlity.
∎ k. Actively participate in monthly and quarterly meetings.
∎ l. Maintain different forms, cards, registers and related documents.
∎ Monitoring, Supervision and Coordination:
∎ a. Maintain regular coordination with related stakeholders.
∎ b. Assist in different monitoring visits.
∎ Reporting and dissemination:
∎ a. Prepare and maintain all related reports regularly.
∎ b. Ensure proper reporting and recording.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Ability to work with government and other stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Good oral and written communication skill.
∎ Knowledge in Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel is preferable.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
