Experience:

• Candidates will be paneled and recruited for vacant positions in the program as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the relevant field.

• Good skill in report writing in English and Bengali.

• Basic computer skills in MS Office.

Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing Strengthening the resilience and adapting capacity of vulnerable groups and empowering civil society in the context of climate change in Bangladesh (SRIJAN) project in Morrelgonj and Sharankhola Upazila of Bagerhat district supported by NETZ Partnership for Development and Justice. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.

Job Responsibility:

 Coordination of group member’s selection at the village level and of CSO formation at the Union level.

 Coordinating individual FDPs and BDPs preparation by group members.

 Assisting in the acquisition of productive assets.

 Organizing and conducting training on income-generating activities, health, and hygiene.

 Providing technical support to increase income and production.

 Conducting weekly group meetings at the village level, and monthly CSO meetings at the union level.

 Collecting weekly savings; documentation; and regular home visits.

 Dialogue with local authorities; supporting animal health workers.

 Sensitizing group members on climate change and its impacts.

 Providing technical support to disaster workers.

 Ensuring pandemic-related safeguards at meetings.

 Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Whistle Blowing and other Policies.

Tk. 25,000 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
