Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize training for youth group, adolescent and child group, Union Parishad, Champion Father;
∎ Organize different workshop, meeting, orientation, training for different stakeholders at local level and sub-district level;
∎ Work with CSO, Union Child Marriage Prevention Committees, media, local clubs and institutions;
∎ Organize influencing events, Promote youth initiative work like debate, Youth Journalism;
∎ Facilitate stakeholders on SMS based age verification tool;
∎ Facilitate community groups for awareness on consequences on child marriage and related issues;
∎ Facilitate community for Family development plan, business plan, individual action plan;
∎ Facilitate community people on Review existing training module on 'starting and improving business, and 'agricultural production/quick income earning (crop/livestock/poultry birds)';
∎ Facilitate training on agricultural production/ quick income earning;
∎ Facilitate training for the TVET instructors on gender, safeguarding and inclusion;
∎ Should have knowledge on Leadership development, SRHR;
∎ Facilitate meeting and communication with private sectors for getting job by the youth/girls,
∎ Meeting with the local market actors (input seller, buyer, middle man, collector, market committee)
∎ Identify families and girls, in association with union parishad, who are most at risk of child marriage;
∎ Facilitate training on Starting and improving business;
∎ Facilitate youth platforms organize to participate in open budget session of the UP and share their budget analysis findings on allocation to stop CEFM (Child Early and Forced Marriage).
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years relevant working experience in relevant field.
Salary: Tk. 16255 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival Bonus equivalent to 1 month gross salary for each year, yearly increment based on performance.
