Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing ‘Feed the Future Bangladesh Nutrition Activity (USAID FTF BNA) Project supported by supported by Abt. Associates Inc. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
∎ Job Responsibility:
∎ §   To organize inception workshops at Upazila and Union level.§   To implement the intervention with rural, market actors and community groups.§   To the effective implementation of SBC and market development strategy.§   Frequently field visit for closely work with Market Management Committee (MMC), Business Association (BNA) mobile vendor, women Group, existing adolescent group, Women Affairs, Agro-input Retailer Network, Government Agriculture Officer, Livestock Officer, and Fisheries Officer, Women Affairs dept. and others relevant department etc.§   Assist to organize training with mobile sale agent, Hat/Bazar vendors, Women Entrepreneurs, Adolescent and local community fluency group§   Assist to designed and drive activities for sustainability§   To organize and formulate research in the target market catchment area.§   Assist to conduct situational and audience analysis§   To facilitate the partnership between hat/bazar vendors and mobile sales agents.§   To organize and conduct Agriculture & Livelihood training, meeting, workshop at Upazila & Union and Community level.§   Knowledge sharing on agricultural modern practices inclusion integrated farming system§   To arrange exchange/learning visits, field day on updated technology for skill development of the community.§   To ensure inputs, materials; technical information & advice to beneficiaries for establishing of demonstrations including nutrition garden.§   To participate in Agricultural, Fruits and Tree fair's at union and Upazlla & district level for technology dissemination.§   To organize linkage meetings among the farmers, procurer group, input & output actors including other stakeholders to ensure better market access.§   To Linkage & networking with the Upazila line department (Such as DAE, ULO, FO, WA, BSCIC) and different private sectors.§   To prepare all kinds of quantitative & qualitative reports.   §   Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and WB Policy.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tk. 33,000 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project
