Educational Requirements:
∎ Holding a Master degree preferably in Education or social sciences discipline or relevant professional degree preferably from a reputed university.

∎ At least 11 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the Project Coordinator and other staffs to implement the project in field level operation.
∎ Manage Informal Education Program, Children Mainstreaming activities and implementing projects supported by UNICEF, focusing on LCFA in the camp context.
∎ Effectively facilitate community development program, communication with Govt. / others NGOs, solving field level problems and rapport building with different stakeholders in order to smooth running the program activities.
∎ Develop program operational planning and budgeting in accordance with program objectives and organizational goal.
∎ Assist and guide in preparing program plan, monitor the interventions at Field level and provide necessary support for better program implementation.
∎ Develop strategies in effective implementation of the project at field level and maintaining liaison with different stakeholders from Govt. and Community level.
∎ Closely work with CiC Offices and SMS organizations in respective camps.
∎ Assist and provide technical support in conducting training, developing training module for field level operation, session plan also experienced in child friendly training development skills & training monitoring
∎ Organize and coordinate different meetings, workshops and seminars.
∎ Work with GBV and PSEA Team to establish a sound work environment for female stakeholders.
∎ Involve and manage emergency relief operation, management, monitoring and reporting
∎ Maintain coordination and liaison with local government institutions, GoB officials and other stakeholder groups of the education Program for better program implementation.
∎ Prepare an effective monthly work plan and implement accordingly of the team.
∎ Supervise TOs, POs and other project personnel and provide them hand on support then and then.
∎ Supervise and Monitor learning Centre, identify the potential threats, weakness and gaps and provide technical support and take initiatives to improve and keep all concerned updated.
∎ Collect and disseminate necessary information gathered government and other actors/ agencies.
∎ Conduct dialogue with parents, Community and other stakeholders for their better engagement in project activities.
∎ Attend the relevant meetings like partner meeting, sector meeting, monthly coordination meeting etc.
∎ Support to finalize timely monthly, Quarterly and final programmatic report.
∎ Ready to work in any circumstance or emergency in the Camp and office.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills, especially writing and speaking in English and Bangla.
∎ Sufficient knowledge in LCFA and MCP implementing in Rohingya camps.
∎ Have the leadership skills.
∎ Have the team building and leading quality.
∎ Have to be tech-savvy.
∎ Have the skills of critical thinking and problem solving.
∎ Belong to the highest level of honesty and integrity.
∎ Have strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, Outlook and other relevant computer skills.
∎ Have strong team working skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely to implement project activities.
