∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At least 3 years § Minimum 3 years’ experience in education programs and Training facilitation in NGO/INGO or other Development Organizations.§ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervising teachers of non-formal education.§ Conduct teachers' training in collaboration with donors and local administration.§ Knowledge of education programs and understanding of education in an emergency context will be an asset.§ Knowledge of lesson plans & class monitoring capacity.§ Knowledge of program implementation skills. § Basic computer skills in MS Office and MC Excel.§ Camp-level working experience will be highly preferred.§ Fluency in the local language (Chitagongian) will be an asset.
