Job Context:
∎ The Hygiene Promotion Field Assistant will implement hygiene promotion (HP) activities in Refugees camp under the direct supervision of the Hygiene Promotion officer.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the assigned activities according to the program work plan and methodology validated by the HP officer.
∎ Report to the HP officer about any problems and difficulties encountered during the daily implementation.
∎ Support and/or lead basic Hygiene Promotion trainings and awareness sessions.
∎ Support the program on data collection, needs assessment and monitor the implementation of the activities at field level filling the proper monitoring tools.
∎ Identify beneficiaries based on relevant selection criteria approved by the HP officer
∎ Support the program during the selection and distribution of hygiene items
∎ Supervise the daily workers and follow their presence during work time.
∎ Collaborate with HP volunteers (Rohingyas) based in refugee camp.
∎ Have and promote a good behaviour on the field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 year of relevant experience
∎ Local language (Chittagorian) is mandatory. English is a plus.
∎ Previous experience in local or international NGO will be consider as a plus
∎ Demonstrate good communication skill
∎ Good understanding on community-based and participatory approach
∎ Good understanding of Rohingya camp situation.
∎ Agree to comply with Tdh Code of Conduct and promote Child Safeguarding policy, Policy on the Protection Against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and the Policy on (Sexual) Harassment and Abuse of Authority.
∎ Report serious cases of abuse on children that she would be aware of in Tdh's intervention locations. Strict confidentiality must be respected.
∎ Adhere to and enforce current administrative and logistical regulations and procedures.
∎ Tdh intervenes without any affiliation for politics, religion or financial profit. She will direct his or her activities and engagements without preoccupation of political, racial or religious affiliation.

Salary: Tk. 19770 - 24428 (Monthly)
