Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Botany / Agricultural Science with honors from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Junior Field Agronomist will play the key role to develop market, product promotion, demand creation, farmers meeting and individual farmer's contract to achieve the sales target and also to boost up the sales volume in the market.
∎ Analysis on market, cropping pattern, socio economic condition, culture, farmers' attitude and main source of earning of the people.
∎ Provide training to farmers, retailers, distributor on the best practice agricultural skills and techniques, including better ways of using pesticides.
∎ Gap and Opportunity analysis to achieve regional goals.
∎ Develop good relationship with the dealers, farmers, Govt. Office and NGO officials as well as competitors.
∎ Promote the business and increase the sales of the crop or any other new products.
∎ Any other assignment as per assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 Years' experience in related sector.
∎ Should have knowledge of seeds, fertilizers and pesticides for the crops.
∎ Must have knowledge on recognizing diseases and insects of different agricultural crops.
∎ Must have valid motorcycle license.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized and self-driven.
∎ Able to work under pressure and long hours.
∎ Excellent communication skill and must be a team player.
∎ Must have computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc);
