Responsibilities & Context:
To achieve quarterly, monthly and yearly sales target of different aquaculture and fisheries product
To supervise and monitor sales officer, dealer recruitment, and other clients in different areas.
Regular visit to clients, compare quality and price with competitors, analyze market situation and taking various promotional activities.
To apply marketing techniques to promote sales, recovery and follow up activities of sales officer.
To receive positive feedback from customers and taking necessary action for motivation of sales team
