Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and motivated ASSISTANT MANAGER (Aqua Division) to lead divisional sales, expand market coverage, and drive overall business growth in the aquaculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Aqua Division sales operations and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement business plans, sales targets, and annual budgets.
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Identify market opportunities, appoint potential dealers/distributors, prepare agreements, and set sales objectives.
  • Promote Aqua products and provide technical & sales support to field teams and stakeholders.
  • Explore new aquaculture markets to strengthen business presence and enhance product reach.
  • Monitor daily management. sales performance and provide timely updates to
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales guidelines and ethical business practices.
  • Manage Product Regulatory Issues.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
