∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering, EEE or any other related subject.
∎ Diploma in engineering with a strong, proven track record in fiber network management.
∎ Educational qualification may consider for highly experience person in ISP fiber optic management.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 1-2 years' ISP experience as a Fiber Network Manager/Supervisor.
∎ Strong knowledge of fiber optic infrastructure, terminal boxes, PON systems, optical splitters, splicing, and termination techniques.
∎ Proficiency with fiber testing tools (OTDR, power meter, light source).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage fiber optic network operations, maintenance, and performance optimization.
∎ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network faults, ensuring minimal downtime.
∎ Supervise installation, splicing (fusion and mechanical), termination, and testing of fiber cables.
∎ Operate OTDRs, power meters, and light sources to identify faults and verify network performance.
∎ Coordinate with NOC, Sales, and Call Center teams for seamless service delivery.
∎ Lead, train, and manage the fiber technician team, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met.
∎ Oversee preventive maintenance and documentation of fiber routes and network records.
∎ We’re seeking an experienced Fiber Transmission Manager to lead our fiber optic network operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in fiber infrastructure and team management experience within an ISP environment.
