Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain professional relationship between buyer, manufacturer and supplier
• Break down order sheet
• Set up internal order list
• Monitor garments sample process according to the buyer requirement
• Buyer’s trend analysis and submit development samples
• Collect yarn, accessories & trims
• Ensure buyer approval
• Productions follow up
• Ensure product quality
• Ensure proper shipment process
• Assist merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA)
