• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Good Communication Skills in Bangla and English

• Good analytical skills and proactive in resolving issues on time

• Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Programme)

• Prepare and update Sweater specs, work out consumption based on buyer’s tech packs.

• Must have Knowledge in different kind of sweater yarns, analyzing knitting, linking & mending – all type of sweaters

• Must have experience and Expertise in sweater design chart, sweater technology, yarns count and consumption, measuring weight.

• Capable to solve technical problems of sweater during development & production stage. Rectify the defect and ensure the accurate shape and design of the product as per the client’s requirement.

• Must have knowledge about print, embroidery and others embellishment of Garments.

• Analyse quality defects and issue inspection report with clear comments.

• Monitor PP Meeting, size-set follow-up, line plan, inline inspection by maintaining organization standard

• Follow-up output plan and TNA, Monitor risk assessment, quality gap and drive by using process mapping and other applicable tools, check production plan, execution, ensure all delivery challan, testing report of all product to confirm quality conformance as well as any unauthorized activities.

• Conduct and coordinate in-process inspection and final inspection in the Factory.
