  • Must have experience to work as a Compliance Officer/Manager.
  • Sound knowledge in computer operation particularly MS Office & internet browsing
  • Must be fluent in English


Responsibilities & Context:
  • To ensure appropriate conductance among all by introduction and effective implementation of HR Policy, Labor Law Guidelines, Factory Policy, Buyer COC, different Compliance and safety issues according to ILO, Accord and Alliance Standard.

  • Ensure update standards of EMS are maintained properly in the factory.

  • Interpretation of legal environmental requirements with concerned departments and prepared policy regarding environmental conservation rules.

  • Implement and oversee compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

  • Facing buyer audits, and third-party audits regarding Social and environmental requirements by coordinating with the buyer team occasionally and preparing documentation for the buyer`s CAP. 

  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including chemical handling, waste management, and pollution control.

  • Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with a target date line against audit reports for Buyer.

  • Maintain accurate records of all compliance-related activities, audits, and inspections.

  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to relevant authorities and stakeholders. Update in the portal as per Buyer guideline.

  • To make different correspondences related to employees and various audit team, government, nongovernment, international agencies, etc. To follow-up official agreements, licenses, certificates, etc. and their subsequent renewals.

  • To maintain and monitor different files, deeds, documents, registers, drawings, designs, etc. with proper maintenance and record keeping system.

  • To assist regular induction system, exit interview, buddy system, route cause analysis of related issues, reduce absenteeism, turnover, proper housekeeping, sanitation, gardening, cleaning, hygiene management, security system according to C-TPAT, SCAN, etc.

  • To receive and follow the instructions passed by the top management, buyer, government and others for the Company.

  • Initiate any other task assigned by the management.
