Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates will need to hold an undergraduate degree (or complete all coursework) by October 15, 2022
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Our Fellows commit themselves to a 2 year, full-time paid position during which they:
∎ Undergo a comprehensive pre-service training for 6 weeks
∎ Spend 2 years as full-time teachers, leading classrooms in underserved primary schools
∎ Attend professional development sessions and one-on-one leadership coaching to build skills, challenge mindsets, and strengthen values for self-growth
∎ Obtain mandatory Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership and School Improvement from Institute of Educational Development, BRAC University (tuition reimbursed by Teach For Bangladesh)*
∎ Plan and execute 2 projects of their choosing to address challenges affecting their students and communities

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
