Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Fashion Designer with the educational background on based fashion designing, creativity and a sound knowledge in garments industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must have fashion knowledge on woven garments both bottom.
∎ Development knowledge about brands / buyers.
∎ Should have wide knowledge about global current fashion trends
∎ Make Sketches by hand or on the computer
∎ Capability to make a design according to buyer tech pack
∎ Candidate must have practical woven Garments Design & Development experience.
∎ Candidate must have sound knowledge over fabric, trims and accessories.
∎ Candidate capable of product costing will get preference.
∎ Must have Excellent follow up skills and ability to meet deadlines
∎ Candidate must have good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge & skills in computing specially in Illustrator, Photo shop and other designing software.
∎ Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Creative skills: Illustrator, Photoshop
∎ Color sensibility
∎ Analyzing trends in yarn/ Fabrics Color & shapes
∎ Must be organized and be able to multitask
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, influencing ability & an approachable working style, sensitivity to the needs of the organization
∎ Excellent computer skill and equipped with using software & different module.
