Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and monitor the Design Development Critical path for collection if/when required with guidance and knowledge from other team members
∎ Responsible for driving the specification and development of products and standard of quality across the Soft Tailoring of Knit & woven collections.
∎ Identifying key trends, colors, fabrics, and select prints etc.
∎ Conduct of fittings in cooperation with the technical team.
∎ Develop Sampling follow up from the start to the final stage.
∎ Manage and provide direction and support to designers within the team
∎ Arrange, coordinate and participation in customer's meeting.
∎ Work closely with the sourcing team to research new material.
∎ Ensure fashion marketing, product development & competitive price negotiations considering product category & production capacity.
∎ Marketing Analysis the upcoming product design, Experiment on new technique of garment and fabric.
∎ Contemporary market analysis and developed the product, graphics design and development.
∎ Innovate new design technique.
∎ Proper tracking to developer and designer, Monitoring the design and development of sample product and fabric development.
∎ Seasonal fashion trend analysis, Fabric development, Costing, Supplier sourcing, physical evaluation considering technical function & garments category.
∎ Communicate with Buying design and development, testing product designs using models, prototypes, specialist computer software and computer-aided design (CAD) technology.
∎ Producing sketches, sample designs and technical support to the buyer.
∎ Marketing Analysis the upcoming product design, Experiment on new technique of garment and fabric.
∎ Design and technical support to factory concern.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-7 years design experience
∎ Commercially focused with a good understanding of costs and prices
∎ Strong sense of fashion and curiosity
∎ Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
∎ Creative, self-initiative, independent and good market and fashion sense
