∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
∎ Minimum Graduate in Fashion Design & Technology/ Fine Arts from a reputed University.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert In Ladies & Men's T-shirts, Polo Shirts, Tops & Ladies Kurtis.
∎ Research on latest international trends in fashion market & planning to do product for upcoming seasons.
∎ Responsibility of Hand Drawing, Cad Drawing Illustrations, Graphic Designs for Product Presentations & Sketches.
∎ Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes;
∎ Working with others in the design team, to develop products to meet a brief.
∎ Liaising closely with sales, buying and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the item suits the customer, market and price points;
∎ Understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns, toiles and technical specifications for designs;
∎ Sourcing, selecting and buying fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments;
∎ Adapting existing designs for mass production;
∎ Developing a pattern that is cut and sewn into sample garments and supervising the creation of these, including fitting, detailing and adaptations;
∎ Overseeing production;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Specialty in Men's, Ladies, KIDs and Toddlers t-shirts and polo shirts design;
∎ Experience in printing design and colour composition;
∎ An eye for color and a feel for fabrics and materials;
∎ Design and visualization skills, either by hand or through computer-aided design (CAD);
∎ Technical skills, including pattern cutting;
∎ Interpersonal, communication and networking skills;
