Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure day-to-day administrative work.
∎ Should have basic knowledge about crop and vet.
∎ Look after, Cows, Fish, Fish Hatchery, Chicken & Plantation.
∎ Ensure achievement of the Monthly Budget.
∎ Management of Daily Operations.
∎ Supervision of Staff & Production Monitoring.
∎ Cow Milk production monitoring and selling of the same.
∎ Ensure the health of Cows, bulls, and calves.
∎ Feeding and Nutrition Management.
∎ Ensure that Fish production and hatchery are produced and sold on time as per plan.
∎ Water and Environmental Management.
∎ Financial Management & Reporting.
∎ We are looking for an honest man who is an animal lover and will look after the farm with sincerity. The job location is in the remote location of Taltoli, Aamtoli, Barguna, Barishal
