Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an honest man who is an animal lover and will look after the farm with sincerity. The job location is in the remote location of Taltoli, Aamtoli, Barguna, Barishal
The candidate must ensure the following:
- Ensure achievement of Monthly Budget.
- Management of Daily Operations
- Supervision of Staff & Production Monitoring
- Cow Milk production monitoring and selling of the same.
- Ensure the health of Cows, bulls, and calf.
- Feeding and Nutrition Management
- Ensure Fish production and hatchery are produced and sold on time as per plan.
- Water and Environmental Management
- Financial Management & Reporting
