∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ §  Proven experience in community engagement, behavior change communication, and grassroots mobilization.§  Strong skills in developing multimedia content, including print, digital, and audiovisual materials.§  Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly children and adolescents, in low-resource settings.§  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.§  Strong project management and coordination skills, with experience in leading community-based initiatives.§  Familiarity with the use of data to inform and adapt communication strategies.§  Knowledge of educational challenges faced by out-of-school learners and their families.§  Experience in using digital tools and social media for community outreach and awareness campaigns.§  Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural environments and with multidisciplinary teams.§  Strong advocacy skills and experience in influencing policy and practice.

Responsibilities & Context:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 73,205 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
