∎ Student counseling, advisement, mentoring and coaching
∎ Maintaining close relationship with students
∎ Prepares and delivers lectures to students
∎ Stimulates class discussions
∎ Contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum
∎ Designs training program as required
∎ Maintain own continuing professional development
∎ Assessment of students
∎ Maintaining office documentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years (Academic or Industry)
∎ Sound knowledge on Hospitality industry
∎ Should be self-motivated and willing to take challenges
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent team spirit and team building skills
∎ Must have good command on verbal & written communication
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Office
∎ Maintaining office documentation
∎ Maintaining students record
