Reporting To : Director, Sales & Marketing
Position Overview: As the Manager, PR & Communications is responsible for planning and executing all marketing, public relations, branding, digital communication, and promotional activities of the hotel to enhance brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue generation. The role works closely with Operations, Sales, F&B, and Revenue, teams to ensure all communication and marketing initiatives align with the hotel’s business objectives and brand standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute annual marketing and promotional plans aligned with hotel revenue strategy.
Coordinate and manage hotel advertising, digital marketing, social media, and PR activities.
Manage media relations, press releases, interviews, and public statements.
Handle crisis communication and protect the company’s reputation.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns for Rooms, F&B, Spa, Weddings, and Events.
Build and maintain relationships with media personnel, agencies, and external stakeholders.
Maintain hotel brand consistency across all online and offline communication platforms.
Develop and manage media relations, press releases, and PR activities.
Handle social media engagement, online reputation management, and guest feedback responses.
Coordinate hotel photography, promotional shoots, and marketing collateral development.
Work closely with sales and revenue teams to ensure website and digital platforms remain updated and optimized.
Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and evolving industry trends.
Support hotel events, CSR activities, media partnerships, and community engagement programs.
Monitor public perception and prepare communication reports and analysis.
Ensure all communication materials comply with brand standards and corporate guidelines.
