∎ Faison food is a quality manufacturer of bakery items like (Biscuit, Bun, Bread, Cake etc.) We are looking for a qualified Factory production manager/ Factory Operation in-charge who has sufficient work experience in well reputed Bangladeshi food manufacturing companies.
∎ Location: Lohagara, Chottogram

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Looks after overall production planning & quality control.
∎ Makes proper plan for Dealer wise Scheduling and distribution.
∎ Ensues a strong team work among all to achieve optimum production and Sales.
∎ Plans, organizes, assigns, and supervises the work of food preparation and service personal
∎ Observes quality of goods and gives instructions for maintenance of high standards
∎ Develops, prepares, and prices menus to satisfy customers' desires
∎ Promotes cash sales and focuses on regular dues collection
∎ Checks proper scheduling of transport, Fuel and Logbook.
∎ All operational activities of the Factory
∎ He needs to ensure overall profitability of the business and timely reporting to the management.
∎ Any others tasks given by Management
