Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Engineering (EEE/Mechanical) from any recognized university/Diploma in Ceramics Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to execute overall factory operations
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of factory functions
∎ Responsible for the production and quality from raw material input and dispatch
∎ Preparing and monitoring preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment's and machineries
∎ Involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes
∎ Ensure that goods are produced efficiently with the right cost, ensure production is cost effective and level of quality
∎ Supervise and maintain the production process, drawing up a production schedule. Work out the man and material resources needed and setting quality standards
∎ Liaise among different departments e.g. suppliers, managers. Work with managements to implements the company's policies and goals
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed. Supervise and motivate team of workers. Review worker performance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Experience in Tiles Manufacturing company is preferred
∎ The Candidates must have practical working experience in Ceramics Tiles manufacturing Company
∎ The Candidates must have verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English
∎ Should have computer knowledge
