• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Kaizen, and productivity improvement tools.

• Strong analytical and KPI-driven management approach.

• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Oversee end-to-end factory operations including Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing, Warehouse, and Maintenance.

• Develop and execute production and operational strategies aligned with business goals.

• Ensure achievement of production targets with optimal efficiency, quality, and cost control.

• Lead production planning, capacity utilization, and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, social compliance standards, and audit readiness.

• Monitor KPIs (efficiency, DHU, OEE, on-time delivery) and implement improvement plans.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 6S) across all functions.

• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Ensure strong coordination between departments for seamless workflow.

• Lead, develop, and motivate large cross-functional teams.

• Manage factory budgets, cost reduction initiatives, and operational expenses.

• Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and a positive work environment.

• Represent factory management in buyer meetings and audits.

• Prepare and present operational and production reports to top management.
