• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Washing (Dry Process, Wet Processes. Different Wash specialties and various testing knowledge.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory

• Manage and supervise all washing plant operations, including dry and wet processes.

• Develop production schedules and allocate resources to meet delivery deadlines.

•   Ensure washing quality and shade consistency based on customer standards.

• Maintain optimal machine utilization and reduce downtime.

• Monitor chemical and water consumption for efficient usage.

• Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources.

• Coordinate with the technical team and the factory`s wet & dry process production.

•   Develop recipes with the wash team and adjust them to meet the desired looks and aesthetics.

•   Handling critical washes & new styles by making proper technical decisions in an effective way to increase productivity & achieve the required quality at bulk.

•   Contribute to Shade Band Approval, trial Bulk & Fixed bulk wash recipe;

• Ensure that safety, quality & floor compliance issues are taken as part of the job;

• Follow up and maintain the exact quality passing based on the standard of both wet and dry processes

•   To identify the root cause and action plans against any kind of quality-related issue;

•   Ensure on sustainable approaches on washing production by reducing uses of water, chemicals, utilities & other resources & increasing the uses of sustainable tools like ozone, nebulizing system for random/ acid effect, Nebu dyeing, spray, enzyme, water less enzyme  up & core system, rainforest technology, synthetic stone instead of pumice stone, no stone sheet softener dry bag etc;

•   Responsible for reporting production cost & quantity, raw material consumption & stock quality, and safety for effective decision making.

• Ensure wash rejection and rewash% % are at the lowest rate as per company requirement.

• Continuously explore the new developments in the industry to upscale the capabilities of the laundries.

• Periodically meet the chemical suppliers to understand the new sustainable products.

• Communicate regularly with the production leader to ensure that all quality-related issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management pertaining to the safety, quality & efficiency of the factory. 

• ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
