Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor’s Degree from any faculty from reputed university.

• Bachelors of Science (BSc) in Industrial or Mechanical Eng. will be preferred.

• At least 10 years

• Age 40 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Proven at least 07 years’ leadership experience in Agro Based manufacturing company.

• Worked as a factory in charge.

• Estimator work of medium to large scale projects within required time and cost parameters.

• Ensure that all requirements are always met on site.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to quality, safety, and process improvement.

• Tally Prime experience specially in production and warehouse modules.

Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for efficient factory management which includes – administration, production, waste control, quality control, maintenance, HR, store, logistics and distribution management to meet the company sales target month by month.

2. Accountable for supply chain planning – Raw materials, packing materials, stationery, spare parts planning and purchasing through central procurement processes in time.

3. Plan and execute efficient logistics and distribution of finished goods and services.

4. Plan and execute human resources for the factory.

5. Development plan for the resources through training programs.

6. Continuous development initiatives to reduce cost and wastage.

7. Accountable for all warehouses stock keeping and systems.

8. Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.

9. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

10. Implement and maximize automations and ERP systems across the factory processes.

11. Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to top management.

12. Dealt with various government organizations like EPZ, BEPZA, PDB etc.
