  • At least 10 to 15 Years Experience in Relevant Field.

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills toward managing human resources.

  • Should have clear knowledge on IE Layout, IE target, Efficiency and SMV.

  • Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Must have computer knowledge in office management.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

  • Position may be upper/lower based on skills, competencies, experience and ability of work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Production Plan Review & re-adjust based on material and delivery situation- 1 to 2 times. Concern Production Manager should present at the same time.

  • Physically follow up changeover 2-3 times at shop floor. May check documents at desk 2 times in a day.

  • Take initiatives remedies for QA findings.

  • To ensure 100% on time delivery. It should be checked by respective sales, production and other supporting team.

  • Gather fabric and materials information from MCD, to ensure the timely supply of issues to the production line.

  • Take initiatives remedies for QA findings.

  • Checking the production status of the Running Order, to ensure the timely shipment of garments of this order.

  • Communication & implementation of company policies to ensure good industrial relations & a safe working environment.

  • Optimum utilization of available resources to achieve planned levels of output to meet Buyer delivery requirements.

  • Training development to ensure continuous improvement of productivity & maintain quality.

  • Put effort to minimize absenteeism & migration of workers.

  • Check daily production variance report & take action accordingly together with PM/APM to reduce the unfavorable variance as much as possible.

  • Reset production target based on actual production situation.

  • Arranging a weekly or bi-weekly meeting with APM, Technician & Other supporting departments heads to make better team spirit so that can take challenge of any difficult situation.

  • Contribution to maintain daily/weekly inspection schedule.

  • Manpower, meeting & other issues.
