∎ Nutrila Automatic Rice Mills & Nasrin Agriculture Industries Ltd. is looking for a dynamic academic professional for the position "Factory Manager"
∎ We are seeking the application from the competent professionals who have adequate knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, and inventory Process along with knowledge of business and management principles
∎ Job Location-Charchamita, Laksmipur Sadar, Lakshmipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
∎ Provide clear direction, encouragement and support to team members, develop team working and ensure adherence to performance management standards
∎ To establish clear operating standards and systems for all aspects of the operations with respect to maintaining and improving safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale
∎ Production planning
∎ Responsible for Total Productivity Maintenance
∎ Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or other assets that will enhance the plant's production capabilities
∎ Perform other functions assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates from Rice mills factory/ industry backgrounds will be preferred. Those who have worked in Rice or Soybean Processing will be given preference.
∎ Team management experience required
∎ Work experience more than 05 years as a Factory Manager
∎ Adequate knowledge of Rice production or Soybean processing
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, and inventory Process.
∎ Excellent Computer literacy
∎ Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
∎ Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
Salary: Negotiable
