Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in accounting
∎ CA CC or partly qualified with a vast work experience in diversified business sectors.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ The qualified candidate will be responsible for company`s accounting, financial, and operational activities. He will supervise the overall function of the Finance & Accounts Department and monitor company budgets, VAT & Stamps, tax, banking, and other financial activities to achieve the company`s goal and objective.
∎ Job Location: Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing accounts & finance-related strategic business policies, rules & regulations.
∎ Checking bill vouchers and supporting documents
∎ Compile and complete monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).
∎ Develop and monitor accounts & financial operation, reporting.
∎ Responsible for fund management, investments, banking issue, inventory, business planning analysis, new project viability analysis, audit, cost control, and asset management.
∎ Closely deal with banks and financial institutions.
∎ Must will be experience on tally erp9 software.
∎ Maintain receipt & payment, cash book, bank book, journal book, subsidiary ledger of bills receivable and bills payable to keep records of day-to-day expenditures and closing cash books on a daily basis.
∎ Manage a team of accounts officers delineating their responsibilities and ensure their job accomplishment in timely, efficient and effective manner. Train, and mentor them with the aim of strengthening their capacity and professional development.
∎ Maintain inventory system by supervising the records of all productive items & Acquisition of Fixed Assets.
∎ Keeping record of payment and receiving activities.
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good leadership, analytical & interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressured environment.
∎ Good communication skill in English - both written & verbal.
∎ Computer literacy is a must for the position.
