∎ 5 to 10 years experience on production, installation and mechanical repair of Large Flour Mills Machine in a reputed Flour Mills.
∎ Track Record of Working in reputed Flour Mill.
∎ Machinery Sourcing & Selection.
∎ Familiar With Latest Technology Based Machinery on Flour Mills.
∎ Product Formulations.
∎ Project Management.
∎ Strategic Planning.
∎ Technical Management.
∎ Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
∎ HACCP.
∎ Product Costing and Productivity management.
∎ Operations Management.
∎ Contract Negotiations.
∎ Machinery Sourcing & Selection.
∎ Team Leadership.
∎ Maintenance Management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day factory operations.
∎ Coordinate and manage the production activities.
∎ Responsible for overall production effort.
∎ Set and continuously update production schedules.
∎ Regulate work flow to ensure maximum utilization of capacity and requirements.
∎ Reduce wastage of resources, minimize cost of production and improve efficiency of production.
∎ Maintain inventory and management of laboratory, factory machinery and instruments.
∎ Ensure all food safety methods are followed during manufacturing.
∎ Ensure GMP compliance, plant cleanliness, pest control, environmental monitoring, critical hygiene procedures, staff health, and water quality.
