We are seeking an experienced and visionary Factory Manager to lead the establishment and operationalization of our state-of-the-art bicycle manufacturing plant from the ground up.
∎ As the Factory Manager - Bicycle Manufacturing Plant, you will be at the forefront of our expansion into the bicycle manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for setting up and managing all aspects of the manufacturing facility, ensuring the seamless execution of operations, and building a high-performing team. Your leadership and expertise will drive the success of our bicycle production, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional products to global markets.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive factory establishment strategy, encompassing layout design, infrastructure setup, equipment procurement, and resource allocation establishment of the bicycle factory.
∎
∎ Lead and manage the entire production process Bicycle, from raw material procurement to final product assembly. Ensure production timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency are consistently achieved.
∎ Supervise and guide production teams to ensure export quality, machine operators, and assembly line workers. Foster a positive work environment, provide training, and promote teamwork to achieve production targets.

∎ Efficiently allocate manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize production output and minimize downtime. Anticipate and address potential bottlenecks or resource constraints.
∎
∎ Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure all Bicycle products meet or exceed industry standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
∎
∎ Continuously evaluate and enhance production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline operations. Implement lean manufacturing principles and other best practices.
∎
∎ Monitor and manage raw materials, components, and finished product inventory levels. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain an optimal inventory balance.
∎
∎ Work closely with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments. Provide input on manufacturability during the design phase.
∎
∎ Prioritize and enforce workplace safety guidelines and practices. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to create a secure work environment for all employees.
∎
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in Bicycle production methods. Implement relevant innovations to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
∎
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental sustainability practices.
∎
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output, quality, and cost-effectiveness, implementing continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
∎
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Proven experience of 8-15 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the bicycle.
∎
∎ Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and best practices in manufacturing and operations management.
∎
∎ Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎
∎ Proficiency in project management, process optimization, and problem-solving.
∎
∎ Familiarity with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and environmental compliance in manufacturing operations.
∎
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
