Job Context:
∎ Abrar Plastic Industries Ltd. is looking for expert & amicable personnel who is already able to Manage and Maintain the production line, quality production and factory management, who is able to work boundless, a long time and under stress.
∎ Factory Address: Abrar Plastic Industries Limited:- UttarKhan, Gazi Para (Balur Math), Uttara, Dhaka - 1230, Bangladesh.
∎ Work days: 6 days work, 1 day holiday.
∎ Duty Time: 9/12 hour duty depends on Production Capacity.
∎ Language Preference: Well Conversation in English, Hindi Understanding will get preference.
∎ Attitude: Must be able to execute production plan and target, manpower management capability, overall operational knowledge of production, servicing.
∎ Mental Strength: Must carry high emotional intelligence and ability to work under pressure. Must need to stay nearby factory premises.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Factory managers has to play vital roles in action planning, production, operations and quality management of plastic products.
∎ To supervise the entire unit of workers and to oversee plant operations.
∎ To ensure the safety and quality control issues of the production perfectly by following industry standards/standard operation of procedure.
∎ To supervise factory or plant operations along with a technical team and several peer groups of an organization.
∎ To plan for production activities, production meetings, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules, requisition maintenance and maintenance of distribution schedules.
∎ The whole industrial production has to be managed by factory manager associated with a particular plant department. The safety measures have to be followed.
∎ If there are any quality related issues, the factory manager has to find out the reasons and ensure that it is not be repeated.
∎ Factory manger has to collaborate and meet with other managers. Liaison with the financial department is of much significance.
∎ Ensuring that the daily production target are fulfilled and the schedules of supply chain are followed accurately
∎ To Manage the worker activities, their duties and monitor it that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry.
∎ To attend the scheduled corporate meetings and training.
∎ To conduct performance reviews of employees.
∎ Responsible for full production with quality as per customer requirements and deliver the goods within the lead time set by sales team.
∎ Assign job to the operators, lead & monitor their activities and provide proper guidance to enhance the productivity.
∎ Capable to calculate raw materials consumption and take preventive action for availability of raw materials with having close contact with all concern
∎ Precision tools elements manufacturing operation's estimation and purchase.

∎ Age 30 to 52 years
